Automatic Triaging

When 1 user faces an issue and reports it, there's usually 10+ others that didn't report it. Saifish automatically identifies which other users and at what times the other users faced the same issue. Just like how Shazam identifies what song is playing, we compare the moment that is marked as problematic and the historical nature of any database modifications for users and compare this against all other users and their moments using their products. Once we have done matching, which takes just a few seconds, we are able to arm decision-makers with:

  • When it was last seen/experienced
  • Devices affected

Creating Engineering Tasks

It's great to know who and what is affected, but handing this off to engineering can be cumbersome - you have to do a bunch of research, talk to a ton of people, and then write a bunch of text that engineers will likely ignore. With Sailfish, we automatically do all of this for you, but we give then engineers the context in a simple-to-use product that enables them to quickly locate and isolate the issue. So instead of using products like FullStory where things are limited, engineers can see everything they need to without having to change contexts across multiple windows and tabs like in clunky products like Datadog.

When an issue is identified, Sailfish automatically creates and engineering ticket and it links back to the product - the mission control that ensures everyone is on the same page.

Sailfish AI now can comprehensively fix issues your product faces - because we have taken an AI-first approach and layered in our comprehensive Auto-Fix that exceeds the capabilities of OpenAI and Anthropic to fix issues automatically. Auto-Generated Reproduction Steps (coming August 2025)

When creating a ticket, our AI now takes all of the information about the issue and other occurrences - ties them together and creates a comprehensive report about the steps to recreate an issue and includes this information in your engineering tickets (e.g. Linear and Jira).

Auto-Generated Tests (coming September 2025)

In September, Sailfish will be able to automatically generate integration tests (e.g. Playwright and Selenium) so you can easily check that the issue is not caused in the future on your product.
